I always look closely at your bleaker rock views, because you always bring out the life in them, even as they appear bleak and abandoned. I'd find this to be a very difficult shot; but your tonal values, your fine detail---incl in the desiccated soil in front of the peaks---the wonderful light on the rock (and the deep shadows), and that pure blue sky, make this a splendid shot of a bleak chiseled prehistoric clump of rock and land. Terrific.
