Thank you for the wonderful wonderful comments and favs and likes on my renders.
I have caught up to page 18 I think.... Another 20 odd pages to go to see all of your uploads since two week back....
Rendered in Daz Studio using the Octane Plugin. No post work done. Full size 1750 x 1000.

Story / Description :
It was good to be back with Miho in that loft and we chatted up into the wee hours then final we both feel asleep in each others arms. When I woke up, Miho was already ready and too my surprise she had tattoos ! She saw the surprised look on my face and smiled and told me this was one of her RnDs on getting her skin cells to change color something like those the squids and octopus could do to camouflage themselves. And once she was done, she would 'tell' her skin cells to change back to the normal color. I could only admire her skills. She asked me to get ready soon as she wanted to take me exploring to a spooky place. She had heard there was this haunted house in the forest nearby and that is where she wanted to go. I was apprehensive but Miho was all smiles and didn't really have a care.
Miho, me and the wolf got into the pickup and we went looking for this haunted house. We reached it soon enough. It was a completely run down house in the middle of nowhere.... Spooky to say the least. I had a tingling feeling running down my spine. Miho and the wolf happily went about exploring the house. Everything looked run down.... It also looked as though those who had left it actually had plans to come back but for some reason didn't or couldn't. The sofas where covered and the cloths had become dirty over time. There were books lying around. Ivy grew inside. It looked like it had been many many years since anyone had stepped into this house. Like Miho I wondered who were the people who lived here. There was always history to these kinds of places and we both found them fascinating. Part of the wall had broken off and as Miho and the wolf came there, I asked Miho to pose for some photos and she happily posed for me. While taking the photos suddenly the wolf let out a deep growl and his whole demure changed to something as though it felt threatened and was ready to attack. It was looking at a point behind me and then Miho slowly pointed to behind me too though her face was still totally calm. But then reading Miho face was not possible because she never felt fear and was always calm even when encountering terrifying monsters and creatures. Her face gave me some assurance to me but the wolf's demure was giving me the heebie jeebies. The hair on the back of my head started to stand straight and I started to get goose bumps. Then I heard a crack of a twig breaking and almost jumped out of my skin ! And Miho and the wolf burst out laughing. I turned around and there stood a wild boar !!! Those two practical jokers where pulling my leg ! Miho came over and gave me a hug and the wolf gave me a lick on the face. We had a good laugh over it......
About this render :
This is the second render of Miho 9.0. For this scene too I styled her hair a bit more in ZBrush. I really do think this hair really suits Miho. She looks gorgeous with it.
This is one of Stonemason's set (Abandoned : Home Sweet Home @ Daz). It is really nice. To add to the desolate feel, I added a bit of ivy on the walls, floor and the stairs. I put one of the sofa instances near the stairs landing. In terms of lighting, I am using daylight environment as usual. But there is another light in the room to create some ambient light inside the room with a low power setting. There is also a white deflector just outside the camera view on the floor to bounce back light on to Miho and the wolf. Also to get the light that you see falling on the stairs, I removed some walls from the upstairs rooms to let the light in from top. You should always experiment with turning the opacity off for walls and ceiling of any sets you use, you might just be pleasantly surprise the effect you can get by doing so.
I modified the texture of the brick wall and the leaves a bit. Most of the other textures I left alone as there are under low light condition and look ok in them. For her top, I am actually using a transparency map of one of the lace textures I have in my content library. Some such maps can look nice on their own as diffuse maps so you should always explore the textures you have in your content library.
As for the tattoos, well, I wanted to put tattoos on Miho for a long long time =)
