Description
This time the two legged kind, captured at the Tide Pool display back on 6/29/2011, at the semi beautiful Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in semi beautiful San Pedro, California.
Youngsters nowadays never had it so good: teacher led trips to aquariums, museums, zoos, etc. We never had school outings like this when I was a kid.

When I had a school outing it was SO special I remembered it for years. Same went for film in class. Otherwise, all outings were with thee YMCA or in family. Those were also very memorable. I still remember my first visit to the American Museum of Natural History in New York with mom and my 2 year old brother, 1956 - those dinosaur skeletons - WOW! I still have 3 of the 4 little dino figures I got back then. Great impressions make for remembering and learning.
