Description
No windstorm here; just age, deterioration, and neglect. Then again, better some protection than none at all.
Captured 8/5/17, somewhere within the vast perimeter of the neighborhood.

Maybe some squirrel was curious what kind of car was hiding underneath and gnawed its way thru that tarp... Oh, it's just a Miata... thought it was a Ferrari judging by the height of it. =)

a real Harry shot; first because you bothered to shoot it, whereas a lot of other photographers would walk away from it; and second, because you brought out the standout hues of this crazy beast---those rich vital reds and the luminous bright blue. And you gave real clarity to the rips and random destruction of that covering. A most unusual sight, and a fine job of presenting it to us. I like the dark car behind it, as contrast; and the angled pov, which makes this car part of a long line of cars and houses. Fine composition, hues, and clarity on this.
Harry, I'll be posting a piece for you and your health as soon as I finish commenting. I know you haven't made your medical problems public, for the most part (which is why I've waited); but I wanted to do it sooner or later, esp as you've just come out of the hospital. I'll be stepping away from RR by tonight, but I'll get it up before then. And, when I'm through here, for a bit, I'll finally write back to you. If you hadn't posted by today, I'd have checked in on you. I know you're gone a few days at a time, but this was beginning to be longer...I hope you're doing ok, Harry.
