I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Only got 90% here and it just looked like very late afternoon. Temp was supposed to be 93, which it probably was but riding the motorcycle it was cold, looked at my outside thermometer and it was in the 60's no wonder I was cold in a t-shirt.

We had 97% coverage in Wichita. I've seen cloudier days!

Why Does Everybody Have There Lights On? It is like they could have had Turned them off for 22 seconds Like a 22 seconds of Total Darkness Make us all Feel What our Primitive Ancestors Felt! Yea I Know What If we Got Robed in 22 seconds What if they stole my Car in 22 seconds What if there was a Terrorist attack in 22 seconds and What about The Children What Would Happen to them in 22 seconds!

Sweet!!! This is an incredible image! I can't believe all the nightlights that are on!! Where I live nothing as dramatic! It was rather like evening with the darkening of the sky to about 70 percent and was very quickly over.
It was rather neat though as the neighbor's rooster decided to crow at noon, and it was very still. Looking forward to the link!!

Just as fun no matter the lighting, Rod. I'm always fascinated by these aerial views. Most buildings and street light automatically come on In low ligjting like this per DW comment. Did not hardly get dark here. Cool shot bro.

Nice shot, Rod! I like the dark sky to the right, creeping towards the left. Didn't know you were near Kansas City (for some odd reason makes me thing of the Wizard of Oz (or was it Id?). A pity about the lamps, but at this distance from the center of the eclipse they don't seem to disturb much. Looking forward to your upcoming posts! :-)
My rat-ing - 6 scared rats cowering under your car, afraid the world is coming to an end!

Rod, I'm embarrassed to say that, because you were absent a lot of the time that I was here, I didn't comment on as many of your images as I would have otherwise. A stupid assumption...don't ask me why I made it! I'm 'gone' again, but I'll come here, over the next week, and leave more comments. (Why did I think that, because you're absent, I can't comment in your gallery?) I loved this shot when you posted it: Night in day. And I love the lights, and the empty road, and the city way back there. The spot on the lower right is also cool, because it's lit up like a lone spot on a highway, at night...and yet this is day! It brings home the eerie life's-upside-down nature of an eclipse. It's so cool that you have the equipment to do this...

No wonder the ancient peoples were so freaked out when an eclipse happened. It is a little spookie and we understand it.
