I hear them howling

This went up at the end of the summer, and I remember thinking you captured late summer hues and "fire"---this is very, very late-august in its hues. But it could also be October-ish in its hues. Either way, it was brilliant to bring a NASA image of a nebula into this. You've made the wolves emerge out of deep swirling fires and gases, and the wolves on the right are almost resting on the crests of the nebula, as if that's their permanent abode. And the main wolf---the one looking at us, on the right---emerges out of the flames as if his coat, itself, were made of flames. Those green eyes really contrast with your reds and yellows, as greens are opposites of reds on the color wheel, and therefore natural contrasts, hue-protagonists. Those eyes really stand out.
In your larger version (which I found on your site), it's an extended carnival of whooshing gases and wolves, a whole universe; it's wonderfully luxuriant, a version for those who want to bask in your image without boundaries. In this version, the crop centralizes your vision, focuses it more, and the large wolf becomes balance to the 3 howling ones. (W/ a balance of frontal vs side views too.) The large wolf's torso is also present, but washed over by the nebula; and the colors on that side of your image are like delicate paints or reflected lights: They're so delicate, they bring out the delicate, gentle side of the wolf. (It's no coincidence that dogs are part of the wolf family, but who probably had some genetic mutation that tamed their more aggressive features and allowed their more gentle, trusting features to dominate, thus giving us the astonishingly trusting and loving dog. This large wolf shows those trusting, loving features; there's a huge mothering feeling in its gaze.) And I love the flows of its fur.
But then, the LEFT side---put on your seatbelt. First, there's another wolf in there who isn't howling: he/she is staring out from a particularly powerful gas cloud...maybe there are more wolves hidden in there, who knows...The nebula clouds are gloriously rich and swirling, there, and your wolves emerge out of them like wolves of folklore, who live in gas clouds deep in the cosmos, and come out every so often to reveal the secrets of the cosmos. Perhaps they're protecting wolves, who heed human calls. The biggest of the 3 howling wolves rests his paw on a gas-cloud as if on a sofa. Wonderful depiction.
A big swirling merging of cosmic fire and dust with the spirit of cosmic wolves. In short, another totally Carol vision. It's beautiful.
