Thank you for being patient with these 2 marathon upload sessions! I'm about to step away again (for work and pressing matters), and I just wanted to get some shots up before I go. Again, you can comment on 1, several, or none---just wanted you to see them.
And thanks so much for your comments on my FIVE shots, two days ago. You were grand to see them all.
(And for reading my crazy 'improv' too!)
These shots are all near home.
Have a fine Sunday!

outstanding colors and architectural styles. in the 80's I went to Monterrey with an acquaintance. a friend of mine in Monterrey knew welders and the man wanted a spiral staircase for his house . he placed an order for the stairs. he went to Monterrey weekly to purchase items to sell in his store . so when the stairs were ready he went to bring them back. I forgot what brand of car he had but it was small. however he attached the stairs(two sections) to the top of his car. he made it back without crushing the roof

Wow, what a joyous riot of color! Wonderful architectural details too - the bricks, the sconces, the spiral staircase, the fencing - truly outstanding image...

GEEE! What a fantabulous, magnificentus, adorablus, Captivationatin, awesomeness. Need I say I adore this shot, Mark? Naaa, I think you know me well enough to think, Helle would adore this one. The building, the spiral staircase, all the awesome Iron fence work. The autumn colors of the trees all this beauty in one shot. That is freaking excellently done !! 5*

Well composed, and the saturated colors are gorgeous!

There's something wrong with my brain. I looked at this for a while, thoroughly enjoying the color, contrast, composition ... all the things that make a Mark shot unique. I mused upon the spiral staircase, wondering if it was a later addition, perhaps after a large house had been divided into apartments. Then it was winter, and those metal spiral stairs were freezing cold, covered in ice and snow, and a total death trap.
Now I'm worried about the people who live upstairs.
But man, what a great picture! I love the saturation, and the way you've divided the space. Love it!

Lush and rich in what appears to be a very expensive area. How can you afford it? So immaculate and well cared for. Still tired from my exhausting hospital session. I am finally able to sleep in my own bed in complete quiet.

You live in such an attractive neighborhood. The stone and iron work and those light sconces are all so elegant. Add in the mature trees and you've got a great place to live.

I just had my house painted fawn brown and dark green. But this wonderful and colorful shot makes me want to paint my house pink. I wonder what the forest (and neighbors) would think of that?
