Man, I'm gonna need a rest after this. See, when I see these (and I see every one, nearly as they go up), I sit with them; but when I comment on them, I go into many, many details, so, when I'm finished, I've just come back from a trip around the cosmos. This is the third such flower today, and I think I'm gonna have to go into the lodge for a drink and a nap...this is very intense! (they better have Tequila...I'm gonna need 3...)
Another wholly cosmic iris, with tons of ripples and undulations. This one's loaded with them. And yes, I can see the sea---and I can really see the sea goddess: This plant-like goddess emerges out of the water---actually, she kind of floats atop it---and reaches into the sky like some massive primal painting of the inner soul. The ripples here are exquisite, from top to bottom. And such intense blues on the bottom, tinged with your usual purples and whites and lighter blues, etc. Lots of activity in even "single colored areas". The top petals seem like flames. And the petals all spill onto each other...and you have a sky back there which echoes the forms of the iris, only the echoes are in the sky: The sky has turned into heavy silks! This goddess is going to tear the sea to the core, wherever she appears, she might wanna give warnings before she arrives...The water on bottom in a deep rich blue (you often have deep dark hues on your lowest portions, representing the fundament of the soul). And you got bubbles and froth there too. This should be wall size, as it's huge in feeling. And man, you must have some very grateful irises, who are saying to each other, "have you seen this lady's portraits of us???" If they need to know just how much power they contain, they have only to come to your gallery...explosive, brilliant, and deeply sensual.
