You know my old disclaimer by now, I assume; that I don't skip images because I like them less than the images I comment on: I only skip them for lack of time (due to my too-long comments). There's no judgment or preference there. In fact, it's hard for me to skip in your gallery. Maybe if I can come back for a 2d session, I can get more in.
But, re this vision, this feels a little like a painting by Breughel, even though it's a lot less crowded; still, it has that renaissance/medieval 'gathering' feeling to it; and it has the array of sheep, old cottage, a magical mushroom with equally strange, magical lizard, etc, that you'd find in many of his paintings. It feels like a timeless setting, even though it's medieval or renaissance in feel. And you added a coloration right out of the Southwest---love those rich red-browns in the hills. New Mexico! Also love a sun that's breaking through in silken furls, and birds bursting through its light. And love the dog stooping to play with the lizard and shroom...and the sheep give it a pastoral feeling, very much in keeping with the whole image. Magical. I can't tell you how much I'm loving this whole deluge of mixed media from you. You have this very magical, highly imaginative side in you, and you articulate it with genuinely great care.
