I found a transparency button in GIMP so I wanted to make a hidden arch... not sure if I like the outcome or not, but thanks so much for looking and comments.

(First, the "Cat Walk" piece was magical: I love the pinkish undertones, and the way the cat walks over a mythic fairy tale ground and fence. It's in a perpetual twilight, in that image, and that "8" is quite striking. See, I'm looking at everything---I see it all nearly the day it goes up. I just can't leave long comments on it all. But there's nothing here I don't love.)
A real fairy tale image. And the transparent arch feels like a dream of the man---the transparency makes it real for him, but a dream for us. It takes place in a deep dark forest (the forest primeval), and the man---a leprechaun?---and the chest and light give it the feeling of a secret home. Perhaps he's a miser. Or perhaps he's just a kind old man, who found this chest. Or it's his chest but he keeps it secret to sustain himself. The surrounding is a rich deep forest, with a deep dark green; and it feels almost underwater. Beautiful deep dark forest tones (and details). Another enchanting vision from you...
