after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

Unfortunately, the horror of these attacks continues throughout the world. I wonder if peace and tolerance can exist in this world one day, it is very sad. Great image and tribute, Steve.

Lovely sentiment and a most beautiful image, Steve. What an unbelievably horrific event in LV. What kind of hatred motivates someone to carry out something like this? Prayers to all affected by this monstrous event.

Beautiful dedication. How can anyone still believe we don't need gun control?

Your words are deep and well thought. It's hard to discern why some one would carry out such an horrendous act of violence on innocent people.
Society appears to be breaking down.
Your dedication is a nice dedication....

Very touching tribute Steve, couldn't believe it when I say the news. I think people shoudn't be allowed to own automatic weapons, just saying... And I don't even talk about owning several automatic weapons Oo.
ps : I've been away for a while, we moved few weeks ago.

These are ugly days for sure, Steve. Where were the reg flags for this man? And now we're going to be subject to the same worn-out calls for gun control but NEVER reach an ironclad, zero-tolerance solution. And then we (except the victims and their families) forget and move on to the next issue du jour. Cycle repeats.
Forgive the rant. Your tribute is beautiful, my friend. Have a good week.

I can put my sign on this words of yours; "Last report over 50 dead and 400 injured. How did he get this huge arsenal of weapons and ammo to this spot without being noticed? Just hugely disappointing my friends" I heard the bad news from Japanese TV NHK As far as I heard; that guy was using the full auto weapon for the attack! And your question is still waiting on the air HOW??????? Please !my American friends please don't offend but isn't it now the right time to think on that insane freedom about the gun ownership in your beautiful country?? OK I understand this is an Constitutional right,But please tell me is there any personal right in this world impossible to Talk on if it's correct or not ???why is that gun control is a Taboo in USA? Our personal rights are really important,OK,But the "right of living" isn't that a human right in whole world,In the constitutions of the whole countries?? How many innocent life have to end to decide to talk seriously about this "constitutional right" ??? Also another question;Generally we see at the end Police always kill the attacker,Of course under some circumstances there's no another Choice OK!..But is it really impossible for the whole police forces to use any hi-tech system to catch that bastards alive? İf you ask why? Because of they're killed ,we never know their real reasons to attack! They can't talk! this is a social problem and and some data must be getting by the medical and social authorities to work on the reasons and be able to preventing same kind of reactions at the future! Because I know you can't stop these kind of incidents only by forbidden guns! if he can't find AR15 or AK47 they could try to do same attack with a simple pistol-revolver or shotgun or even a kitchen knife! and also this kind of small weapons are already used in the similar incidents at the past! But of course a kitchen knife and AK 47 is not the same In terms of the damage we can encounter! well maybe I wrote too much but,I'm really sad to hear this really meaningless, unnecessary, purposeless, brutal disaster!?!!......I wish a quick recovery to wounded people and I send my condolences to relatives of the people who lost their lives ! Peaceful dedication work Steve......

At this point, I just have no words......It just leaves me speechless... Other than my thoughts and prayers for the victims and their families. WTF is wrong with people?
