Beyond Nautilus, the submarines cruise without surfacing. Do you really believe in the total engineering approach of "test to failure?" What's missing in this is the simple chin up bar that got called agility test when she wanted to be a fire fighter. 100 reps with 15 lb dumbbells or 1000 crunches does not pass the draft physical much less qualify you for the Rangers.
