THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE NO ONE TRICK-OR-TREATS I'm not really a fan of Halloween, and I'm way beyond the age of trick-or-treating, but for all the enthusiasm kids seem to show for the holiday, I suspect there are places that they would shun, regardless of the prospect of free candy. Superb image! I absolutely HATE Halloween, which where I live is an excuse for lowlife to go round threatening the elderly! The police provide us with a sticker for the window saying no thankyou to trick or treats.
