BIOI have spent the majority of my life in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States and Canada. I spend a great amount of time outdoors hiking, bicycling, and running. When not that, I am often on my computer programming or messing around with Terragen.
Terragen is a software program created in 1997 by a very talented young man named Matt Fairclough. It is currently free, with registered users able to render larger images and higher terrain resolutions. The official site is http://www.planetside.co.uk
I got started in 3D rendering when a friend showed me e-on softwares Vue D' Esprit program. I moved to Terragen after seeing some of the work other users had done with it and seeing the high detail that it could render with.
Please enjoy my work, and feel free to email me with questions or comments or anything else. I'm happy to share any or all of the files used in my work, as long as I still have them (my hard drive has an issue with formatting itself)

Wonderful texturing and transition between snow and grass. It's almost like two worlds in one image :-)
