(Please zoom---it's huge!)
The right drawing was for Helle. The left is an ancient 'stipple'---where you draw completely in dots. Both are in my gallery...
Don't be put out by the crazy iconography in the last panel: It has no meaning: It's just me playing with "data talk" and "map language" and whatever, turning it into abstract art...I just like messing with those things...
I'll try to post my piece for Mark tomorrow (wysiwig); but, if I'm late, it'll only be because I have to get treatments for my arm. Nothing serious, just a pain. Thanks for your terrific comments! I'll be commenting through the next couple of weeks...take care, all!

all of these are cool. that house is amazing, the shading and highlights are beautiful. the stipple drawing is fascinating and neat. the bottom image is fun! it reminds me of a circus with lots of colors and commotion and magical things I do not understand.

Well no one can say you don't put on a good show. These are fantastic but I absolutely love the house. The modeling reminds me a little of R. Crumb. Really well done. I tried my hand at drawing years ago but didn't have the patience to get good at it.

Hello Mark, very creative posting - to me the second one is my favorite - seems I am a boring medium person ;-) what you are not - for sure! The first is just fine and delicate, in the second is so many, the drawing, graphic style, colors, I like it! For the third - I like it but I am not sure about that I understand it... colorful and many informations...? But I loved your story about Adobe - that was so cool writing! best Priska

Wonderful drawings, Mark! I really should pick up a pencil every now and then - just to see if I can still draw anything that doesn't entail a Wacom....
A most delightful trio of artpieces, my friend!

What a good time I've had looking at these in full view! The stippling is amazing. In quilting, stippling is when you meander your stitches around in a sort-of-random-but-not-quite way. It's a nice effect, but very different from what you do with a pencil. The house is remarkable! A beautiful drawing. I can see your architectural training in this. And of course I love your data "things," with the meaningless information. I believe this one was signed by "Mister Dunbar," but I could be mistaken.
