Great work with the ghost and its present and absent appearance, and the dark funeral-home-like hallway. A lot of mystery in this---your halloween images have been in a very small category on RR: images that explore beyond the usual symbols (mine was just a skull---REAL ORIGINAL, MARK!!!) I don't know much about the techniques of your mixed media work, but the apparition has presence as well as transparency, and it makes a very tangible, horrifying presence. Also, the gnarled, shiny fingers help immensely! And a lamp with great eerie lighting, and one shaft of sunlight in the back, with a wreath overhead. We are forced to ask: Where is this? (And of course, WHO is this?) Scary stuff and very well done.
