I can't leave Mom for long so I don't take many photos these days, but this was the back yard last week. thanks for any comments and all the peeks at my gallery, I do appreciate it!

(I know how caretaking demands your presence so much, you can't get away as much as you'd like. I have a few other friends who are in your situation, some with spouses, some with parents, and I'm very sorry you have to go through this, and commend you for dealing with it every day. I'm glad the cosmos gave you the gift of a beautiful sunset, as a bow to your service.)

A beautiful sunset, gracing dark shadow, and of course those New England long lasting colors. They're golden and grand here. And the sun is bursting through. From this vista, one would think that it's all wilderness beyond these trees. I assume it's not, but it looks like the trees are the dividing line between your property and the wilds.
