Description
Once again, with abandon…
Ride hard, ride fast, feel the Power of your passion.
Self-generated fears are paper tigers. Like outgrown toys, they are eventually left out in the cold rain and exposed for what they are; placeholders for misdirected energy wasted on pointless behavior. Address the source of the fear. Is it real? If so, make improvements. Franklin was right, “The only thing to fear is fear itself.” Obstacles can be overcome. Find a way.
The Princess of Wands once rode a dragon all the way to the moon, she was not afraid of falling off him, she figured that if she did she could always hitch a ride on a star, and they were in love anyway. She could handle anything the muscular beast could muster up to impress her. It was a sight to see; the one flexing, bucking wildly and the other laughing, asking for more, and even more, teasing him and driving him on, repeatedly purring a question in his ear, “Is that all you have?” The energy they released together was the fuel for the fire that burned hot and propelled their engines into the infinite…

This is a power piece and I think it is nearly perfect. I could feel passion in the lines as the Princess flew onward toward the moon... but to be honest, the last line I thought kind of was out of place for such a wonderfully pure work of written art, like that one brush stroke too many that ruins the painting.

Good advice. I’m trying it without that last brushstroke, see how it feels.
