Description

The blump on the skyline is Big Round Top. Little Round Top is the semi-bare patch just below it. That is a tad over 1 mile as the cannon ball flies... well within range of whatever is up there. We see the Minnesota monument at the crook in the road, and just below that... our old Honda! (2nd from left, parked, silver, 1 ea.). The Confederate lines are off the right frame of the image and you have a good idea what the terrain is like... great for farming and volley fire. I believe these are still working farms or are public land which is allowed to be worked. Not sure of all the detail involved in running an operation like this. A fine view.
