I was lucky to have several apple trees in the yard when I was young. It was fun to dare my brother to taste one before they were ripe. We both learned in our own way, lol. Great looking image...

when you posted this (about 10 days ago), I thought it was really cool that you titled this "apple," because it focuses us on it, while the spirit/angel is of equal weight. It tells us that that apple has real significance, even if we don't know what it is. I think of Eve from Genesis. And you tell us it's important, too, because you gave it a big red color, which stands out against all that green, some yellow, and the woman's white. I love the lace on her (or lacy design, whatever it's made of), and her frosty wings. And that the whole branch is suspended in air, attached way outside of the frame. Another really fine use of objects, images, etc, to create a magical whole.
