(please zoom---I've 'annotated' it!)
I told you!
(If you fav this? I'll never talk to you again.)
The reject from my Helle dedi (here)...
One of those animals is a llama.
And that smiling thing on top? A bird.
This is drawing, folks.
(When you have to label your own art, you're in trouble...)
This was my effort to imitate Helle's Pop pieces. It took guts to post this...
I'm returning to comments today,
hope you all had a wonderful holiday!

Mark, I didn't know you were into hieroglyphics! The ancient Egyptians must be spinning in their graves due to envy. This has no parallel in the entire spectrum of art, that's for sure. Fine work and a splendid attempt with your signature colors at imitating our good friend, Helle, who celebrates her birthday today.

God, I love this, Mark! There is just so much fun in this,it's hard to describe! I get the biggest smile looking at this! Speaking of hieroglyphics.... you need to make a print of this, and put it in a time capsule for some future Indiana Jones to discover 3000 years from now. Can you imagine someone in the distant future trying to 'decode' this? It would put the Voynich manuscript to shame!
This is serious fun, Mark! I love it, and I'll bet Helle will too!

Priceless! I see the llama. Seriously. Llamas have longer faces than alpacas, and banana-shaped ears, so that thing HAS to be a llama. I was going to tell you it was an alpaca just to be funny, but no. It's a llama. They're in a song, you know. Did you know? "Something something something in the rama llama ding dong something something." I didn't know they had llamas in the 1950s, and apparently they didn't have Spanish, because it should be pronounced "yamma." Double L. I wasn't born until 1958, so this is Not My Fault! If anybody gives me grief about this, they need to check it at the door. This is funny stuff! (Tell 'em, Mark. Tell 'em I'm funny. They might not know.) Thanks, everybody. I'll be here all week.
(I'm not responsible for the content of this comment. It was totally inspired by Mark's artwork, so you can blame him if you don't think it's funny. He's the one who put in the llama in the first place, so this is ALSO Not My Fault.)

I have put it in my favorites because it has made me laugh and they say laughing keeps you young and I need lots of laughs to try and reverse the ageing. I love the smiling house, all houses should smile. The bird looks to be too big for the cat to eat so that is good as we need more birds. Excellent work and I am so glad you posted it and brightened the day. 😀

Sorry, pal, but you messed up big time because this is anything but a reject. I'm thinking whimsy. Yeah, that's it,whimsy. I love whimsy, especially all those "Kilroy Was Here" figures peeking in from the edges of the picture. And can you see all these characters in an animated short? Oh, momma, what a blast that would be to see! I'm sure Helle will love both images even if they are not quite in her style.

OH NO!!!!!!!!!!! I accidently pressed the fav botton, as I love this so much. Well never mind as you dont talk to me, instead you write
BUT! You know what. I SO luv this piece with all the special Mark cartoons all together in such a happy and delightful POP Art Piece. They are way more fun and interesting than, what I can present. Trust me. What I love the most, is the opera singer, but which I adore most, isnt here. It is the cartoon with the couple and their dog, who suddently are standing in your doorway and want to be let in. It is one of the most hilarious, I have seen yet. Why, because of the dog. Same face as the uninvited visitor.
Didnt add the photo, as it is yours :) Thank you SO MUCH again, dearest Mark. I am very honoured, you Made this wonderful collection of your cartoons, that you know I love so much :) THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!
