Description
When I was living with my sister in Huntington Beach, I spent lots of time near the water and usually with her dog, Beaux. I did a bit of fiddling with this one and love how it turned out.

your composition is unerring---Beaux walks right into a ridge of sand and water, and the rest of the shot seems positioned right around him/her. Beautiful pink-red-peach tones, your usual silver peaks on the water, and a slab of sky to top it all off: the perfect accent. Beautifully done, Marilyn.
