Description

Gosha rushed home to collect some more tools, food and a bedroll. Kissing his wife, Mavka, goodbye, he assured her that he would be back soon. During Gosha's absence, the electricity returned and the elders had a nice ceiling lamp installed for Gosha, which delighted him greatly. He did have serious concerns about all that smoke. Gosha worked day and night for three days, taking only short naps and quick meals. After disassembling the clock, he discovered that the clock needed to be cleaned and oiled and a few gears needed minor repairs. With a big sigh of relief, Gosha successfully repaired the Universal Clock. After washing up and just as he was collecting his equipment, the press arrived for an interview and some more photos (this is one of those photos). So, if all continues to go well, we can look forward to welcoming 2018 and booting 2017 into the abyss.
