As the warning states, caveat emptor, buyer beware. Don't be fooled, drawn in by the "too good to be true" situation, the con man, the huckster. The illusion. The consequences can be hard to stomach-- can be very damaging and from which one may not easily extricate themselves. You must know and understand what you are getting. As Sy Syms, a well-know entrepeneur, philanthropist and NYC retailer, advertised, "An educated consumer is our best customer." Been away for a little respite.
