My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Topaz can be addictive. I wouldn't mind having these flowers in my garden. Ann has a very good friend.

A beautiful image with this cool filter and a great birthday present for Ann. It will take you a while to try all the filters. 😀

I do remember an "Ann," but it's still a little vague in my mind. But if she helped inspired that flower work a ways back, then she did a great job. This pic hits us in the face---full view---with its deep saturated hues, all separate for each flower or group of leaves; and then the topaz 'flows'---ie, the way the surfaces undulate and flow. And the background seems like a river of currents, as do parts of the foreground plants as well. A big eye popping, lush image; you both saturated and used topaz beautifully, here. And full size is a must!
(Wow, I'm only one image from commenting on everything up to the most recent image in your gallery! Do you know how rare that is for me? I'm not lurking back in the back-galleries, huffing and puffing to get to the current date! Here I go to the most recent upload...)

This really is gorgeous, Tara! It has such rich colors and a wonderful oil-painterly look to it. A lovely dedication for your friend. I may have to check out this Topaz thing - as if I don't have enough apps to turn my brain into mush...
I do have a PS action that has a similar look. This makes me want to fire it up and play a bit..

Omigosh, I can't begin to tell you how much I LOVE this!! I'd love to have a BIG print and hang it on my wall. The colors and the depth are fabulous, we might have to have a Topaz tutorial one of these days!!
