The story goes on.
Ragnor was a bright child. One day, when he came home hungry, he saw his uncle Hackbart kiss the nanny Mathilda.
Not suspecting anything bad, he asked Numa if Hackbart could just kiss Mathilda like that. Of course that was water on the mills, because Numa was always at loggerheads with Hackbart.
When Skryrmir returned from the hijacking, she told him about Hackbarts missing. So Skryrmir took his younger brother to the chest.
After all, Skryrmir had forbidden his brother to barter with the staff. Hackbart immediately went on the defensive and said it would be completely different with Mathilda being different. When she talks to him, he feels perfectly understood. In addition, she was pregnant. Skryrmir was not thrilled and considered a solution with Hackbart.
Hackbart wanted to go to the Neva with Mathilda and his three other wives, and enter the fur trade there.
Skryrmir offered his support and asked when his brother would leave. Hackbart, after attending the ritual in Upsala, intended to travel on from there.
Ragnor and his brother Hakon, aka Balder, had been hiding in the big hall during the conversation.
So they not only learned about Hackbarts plan, but also about the drive to Upsala ...
