Description
These fish sit out in the scorching heat all day without refrigeration. Maybe they are preserved somehow....I'm not sure! I know one thing though, they ABSOLUTELY STINK! People still buy them though......

I tried dry fish once, long enough to spit it out. it even stinks worse being cooked. however Orientals likes it. I know a Filipina that tried heating some in the microwave where she worked. it went over like a sack of dung being cooked. she did not repeat it!

I would not dare to buy that dry fish especially for the fact that it was lying in the open in the sun. Superb capture my friend. God bless.
