'Health and Safety' isn't a thing in Thailand. Many people in the adjacent apartments use wire coat hangers to steal the power directly from the tangle of lines! You seriously have to watch where you step and what you touch.

Yes, truely a nightmare. A wire Spaghetti of dimentions. One could wonder how on earth they will be able to repair a wire... guess they just put up a new one.
