lol, Rod: I agree. Also, given some of the shroom shots of Helle, of late, I thought maybe this was a shroom, upside down. But---I can see it's a pomegranite, and your crop brings out the big bulbous feeling of it, by letting it dominate its space. Nice light on it too---high sheen on this otherwise wrinkled puckered black sheep of the fruit family. Just right for the shape of this odd beast.

Well yes, it could look like one of those Barnacle I see in some of the games I play LOL! But this has a far more lovely color and it looks alot more delicious..... AND it doesnt hang in the ceiling, grab people with their long tungue and eat them slowly bite for bite. :D
