so many fishing vessels can be seen and in other directions also. they probably stayed close to shore because of the high force winds in the gulf

Aha - an island? Or a peninsula? Nice overview of the land. Looks like a nice place to live, except when storms come. Low land with great risk of flooding. Keep up the good work. This was a nice one. :-)

I like the low lying feel, the peace of the flat horizon, the tactile feeling of all those white roofs and the groynes and barges, etc. And the tower cutting through the horizontals with determination. A very satisfying shot of a packed and flat skyline, with all that water in back, and a hazy peaceful sky...

This is a magnificent view of the base and water on the other side.
There is a lot to view here if one takes time in zoom ie. the train on the base and ships on the water in protection mode.
