Description
A little history about the P-40.
In 1939 the USAAC ordered from this P-40 variant over 500 pieces, 200 where delivered.
The armament was the standard of this days, two .50 cal. machine guns in the upper nose
and one .30 cal. in each wing.
But this variant lacked such things as armor, bulletproof windshield and self sealing tanks
so it was not considered as being suitable for combat.
