I agree, most British Police are very friendly and helpful. That was really sad news about the Falcon mate as it's an Aussie legend, I felt the same when Ford UK dropped the Cortina in 1982.

very humorous. it would be strange to see the hats they wear. your Sti is the same color that the dealership loaned me to drive while waiting to pickup the Forrester . it was a riot driving and for sure I would have gotten a ticket driving it. the turbo Forrester was not that much slower than the Sti and luckily I avoided getting a ticket driving it
