The chief programmer and the blue alien have been working together for the past several hours tracking down the coding that has given the four androids their sparks of life and intelligence. They have nearly completed the first phase of analysis and decide to take a break. The blue alien retires to his assigned room and continues examining the data of the gen-gel brain cell. He is now using one of his own analysis machine. As he gets further and further into the depths of the brain's programming, he is interrupted by his 'spy' aboard the space station. 'Commander. I have grave news I think you need to know.' says the 'spy'. 'What could possibly be so important that you would feel the need to interrupt me in the middle of my work? This better be good!' says the blue alien. 'I have just overheard a telepathic transmission from the android on the planet below he sent to his brothers on this station. He has learned that the meeting held by the company board of trustees has reached a decision!' says the 'spy'. 'Well, what is it? Come out with it!' exclaims the blue alien. 'They have decided to destroy the four androids!' says the 'spy.' ;No! This can't be allowed!; thinks the blue alien. ;I sense a different kind of intelligence in these androids. When we stopped our own AI programs, they were beginning to show signs of violence and discord. I see none of that in theses androids development. It would be a travesty if they were scrapped because of the fears of these puny humans! I must act now before it is too late!; 'Bring the the chief programmer here, now!' the blue alien orders his 'spy'. 'I need to discuss this with him! I have a feeling about him.
