Description
I made something for all you Poser-loving cuties! And it has no calories. I am trying to teach myself Hexagon and I made a fancy box--aka a petit four :D

LOL thanks! I need to swap this for a better render as soon as I get a minute! There is a DS version but the Poser one has a better bump. I am still figuring out Normal maps.

Hexagon is not easy to figure out--there isn't a lot of support docs for it, either. I ended up just loading primitives and thrashing them to see how it works. I'm pretty comfortable with the vertex tools now but the spline/line tools are still a mystery. Mostly it's the free part I like best :D Also the camera is easier to work than the one in Wings.

Somehow I missed this. 3D models of food are a serious challenge, so well done for taking it on. I have developed over 100 food intolerances in recent years so eating this kind of thing would kill me, but I still remember how delicious they were...

It's fun and frustrating--and makes me really appreciate good modelling; it really is a high art! I really started to do it so I could improve my UV mapping, because for me painting is the easy part :D
