Description
The castle of Cazeneuve is situated to Préchac, in the French department of the Gironde.
The castle is built along the gorges(breasts) of Ciron and brook of Honburens.

Looks like it was really built for defensive purposes. Nasty neighbors? I have just looked it up on the Internet - very impressive construction. And it does seem there was some problem with neighbors or they wouldn't have built it that strong!. Thanks for the post. Now I have more French history to learn! :-)
