My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

beautiful capture, Looks like Jake sees something that interests him, food maybe? While Gizmo sees something entirely different

Lovely capture T!!!

I don't think this winning is what the Orange Blob had in mind but it sounds much nicer than what ever we have now. Your two gentleman callers are quite handsome but why does Gizmo look older than Jake?

A lovely shot of your furry visitors, Tara! They look like delightful company.

Aren't they adorably good looking!? I love that filter, it is one of my three favourites.

great that you saw Lucinda, great that you had another loving peaceful time with her. Did she play Mozart for you (sing any arias?) If you hear from her, say hello! And your other friend is still there for a while. Your portrait of her dogs used just enough filtering to give them a very subtle painterly effect; but it's still a photo. I like that you dialed back with the filter. In full size, the dogs have a nobility, and you got them in a configuration that looks almost as if it was chosen by a painter---one's looking one way, the other, the other, while they stay close and seem a unit. It feels like the portraits families do when they want a relaxed yet monumental portrait of their beloved dogs. Very true to a painter's tradition. And a gentle loving portrait of two dogs, period. They do look peaceful, yes. A real delight, Tara.

The Tara magical touch. I just knew it was your photo before I looked at the name. This is a lovely image of two lovely dogs. My two dogs are still adapting to living with people all around us and a tiny yard... It is tough but they will get there!

What a lovely photo and couple, Tara. It sounds like you all have a wonderful time. And, despite you taking care of the food, I believe you enjoyed it much more, at least I see it for me that way. Just lovely!!!

Thanks Tara. This is such a nice photo. They seem to be on their guard in a nice way. You caught their facial expressions at the right moment (that's quire an art per se). Keep up the good work. :-)
