Description

This is my Herbert Hoover Cartoon Sketch with applied septia and charcol filters from PSP7... Finishing touches were done in Corel. The Frame and Orchid were done in PSP7. The sketch was referenced from a public domaim image of the political cartoon. Enjoy!...Cheryl

I love this! So depictive of political cartoons of that era. I always look for your work, I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to get back to renderosity to comment, but I'm glad I did today. Great as always.
