Description

The de Gourgue family remained owners until around 1900. The façades and roofs of the castle, the mill and the outbuildings were classified as historic monuments on 4 October 2001. The garden was classified by order of 9 April 2002. The unclassified parts of the castle, mill and outbuildings have been listed since 18 September 2000. It's private property that's always been inhabited. Successive owners have endeavoured, with passion, to maintain it. Work campaigns followed one another: creation of a library, restoration of ceremonial salons, etc.
