I'm finally catching up! I Love this as much as the last ones. Your heart shape tree adds a 'valentine' sense to it, or like this woman has a lover on her mind. The deep purples are washed with gold tinted earth-hues, deep slate reds---a great color, however one describes it. And the whites of her gown meld into it beautifully. The ground is filled with that hue, via the leaves (with a rabbit looking on innocently). And the sky has an almost olive yellow-brown---you have colors here that are all their own, those types of hues that stand out strongly the moment we see them. And her posture suggests thought and memory, maybe waiting for someone she loves. (That's a great gown, btw. I don't imagine she throws it on to go to the store!) You also have billowing clouds in the background, and some very strong light, and an orb around the sun. Beautifully done once more, Barb. The patina of the piece, alone, makes it a visual feast...
