I LOVE this! It's got such a nice comfortable country feeling to it, with sunshine and bees buzzing and a soft breeze. The canvas finish is just right for this lovely farmhouse. Thank you! :)

I gotta say, you did such a fine job making this into a 'painting', I can't find any photograph in it! It looks like one of your drawing-painting pieces, through and through. And it has the traits I know tara loves in your work (as do I), and I love the deep reds of the petals, and how you melded those flowers right into the design of the house and landscape. And you've used broad swaths of blues and greens and rust tones. Full size, we can see the canvas too. It's delightful and playful, and a wonderful gift for tara. Happy 60th, Tara, and many, many more!!!

(ps---I loved the pics you sent me, which you called "War". I never get emails titled "War": I saw the title, and thought: Holy s__t! Helle's country was attacked! Either that or Helle's country attacked us! Then I thought: DK attacked the US??? Waita minute!!! You really threw me! I was way relieved to find it was photos of ducks, battling it out. I'll write back to your letters soon!)
