made in GIMP and IrfanView with photos, png tubes and brushes. gobblin: rachealmarie, man: anaterate, background: refusedmind, horns: tigers, hair: maureenolder, mushrooms: susannp I've always really liked the Beauty and the Beast theme... I made a few images along those lines; this is the fifth and final image... with a twist. thanks for looking and for any comments!

I luuuuv the twist in this piece. It's so good that the woman should be the powerful beast, and the man her faithful companion. And that she has something other than the fairy tale flowing beauty; and he (a handsome dude) is by her side. Great twist to the theme. I love that he's in blue, in a kind of renaissance outfit, with white beard and eyebrows. And she has deep red skin, turquoise green armor, with black as contrast, and a stare right out of the Aztec gods and goddesses. She appears to be guarding him, and the light behind them is very strong. Love that you ended with this---bravo. And great job, as always, on the clothes, on both of them. You really pack detail into these small images. They're always so clear, too...
