Thank you Bob. I needed this genital reminder..
Had to do this for my health you just gotta be consistent and stick with it tell yourself it's as important as any other thing we do in our lives and that it's a necessity as much as breathing or eating or anything else we do its getting the right mental attitude..
I go for two walks every day..early morning and afternoon with my dog..Have been doing this for a few months now ..every day I'm getting a little bit better...
Keep smiling
Life is like a camera...
Just focus on what's
import and capture
the good times...
develop from the
negatives and if things
don't work out...
Just take another shot..

boy you really put bob's words into shimmering imagery...beautiful work, Dee, with beautiful thoughts. You're one of a small number of artists who can take an idea like a person on a white horse and make us experience it as if for the first time. I love her, way up there, and of course with your inimitable way with gowns and clothing. I love the silver-white theme in the glass-like leaves that crawl up to the top of the image. And that almost art-deco background, of glass, silver and pure light. And it all seems to rest on still waters. And the horse is a unicorn, with beautiful hairs coming down. Beautiful piece, and it illustrates what you and Bob wrote about. I wish you illumination and deep inner peace on your journey. And I really liked your poem. Beautiful upload, Dee.
