Description
More detail work on my F-105, which is still a work in progress. Variances in panel color values to suggest panel replacement, paint worn to primer or bare metal, etc. This is the plane I originally numbered as Col. Vizcarra's ship. Haven't had time to do a different set of markings, but testing outer intake texture to determine whether my mapping is okay. Currently working on drop tanks, bombs on MERs, and a pilot figure.
All modeling done in 3DSMAX, textures in PS, and final renders in Vue Studio 2016.

Looks really good from where I sit. Take your time and get it "just" right. I love all the "Century Series" Fighters.

Thanks GW! I have to admit to being a bit of an obsessive tinkerer with textures.

Fine work. I like you texture.

Thank you very much! I enjoyed seeing your gallery, too! I'm trying to get the 105 finished in camo, then I want to finish it in either bare metal or the look-alike silver finish they painted so many planes with at that time. Working on other details in the texture today (rivets, but I need to tone them down a bit)
