Description

I love doing such. It never ends up as I want it, but I must admit I am having a blast playing like this. Have a great new week. Early this morning we had a rain burst, but only for the good. Didnt spoil anything, thank you. No need to water all the pots :)

Really happy-looking collage. Art ought to make us happy while we are making it, regardless of the mood we are trying to capture. You're making me want to get out the glue, paint, and yesterday's papers and have some fun.

LOVE this!! It might have to be a puzzle. :) The colors, and the happy way everything bounces around, makes me want to look at it for a long, long time. You make me smile!

yes to all the above. Real joy and play, mixed with your usual sense of rigor and organization. It's free, yet disciplined, and lots of fun. I love the mix of hues---totally unexpected (that bluish pink with that muddy amber, etc)---I loce the big circles with all those wrinkles, I love your pasted-on rectangles and such, from (I assume) patterned works you already had. And your usual addition of sheet music and book print (in that old Gothic font). You do this completely intuitively, it works everytime, and it has such joy and play in it...Love it. I have never gotten tired of these; each one is as much a fresh surprise as the last: Wonderful.

Very attractive, but just what is that? Circles, orbs, squares, rectangles, tiers, parallelograms, torn strips of music, etc, all with there own distinct colors and taste. You put them all in one neat package, Helle.ToddlerTricycle.jpg

Sometimes the real art lies in the joy of it's creation. That's an old saying I just made up.. 😉 But I find it's true more often than not.

A delightful creation, Helle!
