Description
Ok I think I am done with this one. Made on a canvas 80 X 60 centimeter, so it is not so little. Painting with collages and transfering of a print of pattern, I years ago took a photo of in my nieces dress :) The black and white to the right. The harlequin pattern to the left was a homemade pattern i made on the computer and printed. I usually make my own patterns for such things.
Well, my plans were to get a little niche in Louvre, so please spread the good news of this Masterpiece. Ok, I better say I am just kidding. But I hope you dont hate it too much. I myself like it somehow. It is not suppose to be photo realistic, so have mercy.
Have a pleasant day and those who suffer, be well soon !!! We have a 27C and very humid weather with a thin cloud layer. YUK! and i had to bake bread today. ´: (
BTW!!! The collage from yesterday, was over a year old and in size of a double document size, A3
And I forgot to put my inits on it, so I used a digital initial. Later on, I´ll write my inits....

I'm about to run out, I saw this ebot, and I had to comment...Helle, I adore this. The directness, the boldness of your model, the boldness of the flat wall behind it, and the decorations you put in the rectangles; the 3 simple windows which to me are so elegant, your bold and subtle colors---it's just so strong and bold---yet, at the same time it's beautiful. Matisse is calling: "Terrific, Helle!!!" I love the pink of her gown/or blanket, and the deep blues of the couch---those are Cezanne blues! And that wonderful group of greens. And the floral decoration on the right...Yes, to me, this IS masterful: I love it. And the woman is all composure-and-inwardness, yet she sits like she owns the whole room. I'll take 10! (2 million euros sound good to you? 3? I'll call Sotheby's and see what they say...) I luuuuuv this!
(and that was the background you used??? really??? Amazing how you turned that into this---In fact, I like that background just as it is: So when I pay the 3 million euroes, I'll get two paintings in one! Good deal!!!)

Oh yes, Picasso, move over. Helle has taken over the world of avant-garde art with this sparkling concept. And with cool decor to boot. You're already halfway to the Louvre, young lady, with this labor of love.

Yeah, I think it's time to edge Picasso over a few spaces, and put this one on display! Maybe someone can put in a good word with Diana Prince..... Apparently she works there (when she's not beating up bad guys...LOL).
