My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

I'm in the middle of some insurance stuff, but I saw this and had to comment right away. A glorious image and dedi for Rod and Jo---who I only know through Rod, and yours and bill's words and feelings about them. In the 2 years (or so) that I've gotten to know Rod, I can say that he's one of the finest people I've met here, hands down; one of the most loyal, caring, giving, and someone who sends the sun into everyone he touches; and hearing about him and jo from you and bill has only made me like him more. Someone said it wouldn't last more than 6 months? Well well well...time to get out the fake crow and eat it (notice I said 'fake'---no animals are harmed in the making of these comments!) It is truly a great thing to be with, and love someone for 47 years, and it's worth all the celebration in the world. As for your image---whoosh: You made a glorious waterfall of whites and greens and yellows, and they're undulating and swimming all over the frame, with glorious light and deep green leaves, and almost stained glass in the background. You filter with incredible flare---this is terrific, Tara. Happy Anniversary Rod and Jo, and many many more! And this is a splendid dedi, Tara...on a day where I swore it would snow (it was in the low 50s today), this image just shines with sun, sun and more sun (like you, Bill and Rod). Beautiful work, and dedi. And may Joshua improve with leaps and bounds and look back at that accident as a 'blip' in an otherwise shining gleaming life!

Oh, Tara! Wow - you went all-out on this, my dear friend! Thank you soooo much from both of us! 47 years.... It doesn't seem possible....But she hasn't kicked me out yet... LOL
Hehehehe - That was my dad..... And many, many years later, he admitted "I guess you and Jo proved me wrong..... I'm wrong every once in a while!" With a big grin on his face..
Between this wonderful dedication, and Mark's glowing words above, I feel like I'm walking on air (despite the fact I worked in the yard and on the back patio all day, and now hurt in places I didn't know I had...). Now's a good time to get in bed, watch a movie, and go to sleep with a big smile!
Thanks again from both of us! 😍😍😍
