Thank you very much for your nice compliments! The stalks are a replicated posable Poser plant I downloaded probably from here (growth.zip). The fishes in front are the Poser Angelfishes, the grass is feri's seagrass and the terrain is a standard Bryce terrain texture. The thingy on the right side is just a dead tree. :)

Lovely underwater composition! Wonder if you achieved it through volumetric effects or atmospheric effect? Love the water texture which is there at the top of the image!
