This is a photo of the huge NOVA shopping center outside the north west part of Lund. When I came to Lund this was open fields. Across from the NOVA sign to the left is Mobilia, the first outside town super market. It was made up of many smaller stores and shops. Despite NOVA, Mobilia is thriving, having specialized in food products, while NOVA specializes in everything else, including cafés, restaurants, edibles. There are over 100 stores inside the NOVA complex, and quite a few outside. NOVA is one story high. You only see a small part of NOVA here. The thumb nail shows "ArkenZoo", where I buy food for Kitty. There are large stores with tools, car sales, furniture, rugs, electronics, boy's toys and women's toys, etc.... Want to be bored some more? Suffice it to say, the area is huge and what you see in the photo is not even half of the area. And, note, the photo is taken at mid-day, so there are few cars roasting in the sun.
It takes me over 1/2 hour to get to NOVA from where I live (= over a mile). By the time I get home, I'm sweltering and pretty well exhausted. And Kitty wants "MEOW!", which she gets, no matter how tired I am.
Enjoy! Fun to visit, but you get tired feet and tired back, and this summer - sweltering heat and perspiration galore!

That doesn't look like any shopping center I've seen around my neck of the woods. And thankfully NOVA hasn't fallen victim to the wild fires in Sweden. Interesting photo. Stay cool.

Cool photo of the shopping center, Michael. Looks like a nice one to shop in.
Shopping centers seem to be a dying species here in the USA. At one time there were around 10 of them here in the Kansas City area. Now we're down to 2. There are a couple 'village' style open-air shopping areas - Zona Rosa, Legends, and of course the Country Club Plaza, but the indoor style centers are on the way out.

Fantastic shot and description. I miss the true shopping centers and all we have are Walmarts and the like
