What I'm seeing from my balcony right now. A massive down pour! The white spots are flash bouncing off rain drops. The clouds are very dark with a lighter background.
Enjoy (if you're wearing a bathing suit).

We’ve had a few of those downpours here over the last month. Lots of water in a short time. Great capture Michael!

From 95+ degrees and drought to 40+ degrees and downpours like mad. Seem the weather Gods are angry with us! Must be disinformation about global warming. Hey, isn't that slandering them? No wonder they're mad!

Twinkle twinkle little star. Well, this should be a welcome change from your Sweden based fire storms and drought. Still warm and dry here, but a week long marine cloud cover has cooled things off nicely here.

I thought you would say "snow.' That would really be an extreme change from wildfires and drought. Glad you got some rain. Great pic.

Looks like a heckofa storm, buddy! Great shot - it really captures the feel of the storm.
Just had a rowdy one roll through here today - rain, hail, lightning, wind gusts... Knocked out power and internet for a while, but all back to normal now.
