It seems like they just had a tough adventure and are now at the end, looking at a sun lit field of beautiful flowers...

I don't have a woodpile out back, but I think I'll start one if it attracts visitors like these!
Really fun and lovely scene!

Oh those pesky little faes, they get into everything. If only they weren't so adorable. Great render!

I wonder if I ought to create a woodpile in the garden? Very nice image!

I spent part of my childhood in a far-removed suburb (it was in those days), which was almost country but still very suburban. We had a wood pile. But when we looked inside the pile, we found spiders, moths, mice, and insects I couldn't name but who didn't kowtow to anyone and who freaked me out, as I came from the city where large insects weren't common).. We definitely didn't have these creatures, nestling into the logs. You've done a great job with the models: The top one is in the kind of pose we used to suffer with in drawing class, getting the lunge forward of the body, and all the perspective problems that that caused. You did a great job with her (I can't imagine what it's like to do this in actual 3D software). Michelangelo did figures like that in his hell sections of the Sistine Chapel. The other two are equally beautiful---the right side one is peering out through her arms, with beautiful highlights in her hair and hands (really well modeled), and the left side one has the wings of a butterfly, and the face of an Asian Indian goddess. And she's totally relaxed. An intimate glimpse into their hidden shelter; and the fairies seem wholly comfortable glimpsing back at us...beautifully done, Barb.
